Great Memorial Day Celebration!  Grilled Garlic/Chipolte and Cedar Plank Salmon.

Had this along with Vegan Broccoli Slaw, Roasted Adobe Corn and grilled Mushrooms!

Easy, fantastic tasting meal...A little prep time, but worth it.  One of the secrets is getting the grill ready.  I have a sure fire way to get it just the right temperature, cleaned and ready to grill.
