The Magic of Cooking Healthy



Is it magic to eat healthy?  Nope!  We “all” know if something we intend to eat is healthy or not.

Here I will offer some “magical” tips on healthy preparing and cooking healthy, nutritious AND Tasty food.

Before offering tips, recipes and cooking ideas, you should have some important tools in your kitchen.  I use two primarily, first, is the Vitamix high speed blender.  There are other blenders that you can use, but you will need a high speed blender with at least 2 peak horse power.  A good food processor, I use the Kitchen Aid.  

Next blog I will post one of the “staple” recipes that I use for dressings and sauces – that contains no dairy, no eggs, no oil!
